Campers Inn is acquiring US Adventure RV’s dealership in Davenport, Iowa. A purchase price was not disclosed.
Haig Partners served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to US Adventure RV. Haig Partners previously represented US Adventure RV in the March sale of its Naperville, Ill., dealership to Campers Inn, the largest family-operated dealership group in the country.
