Campers Inn RV has announced the addition of Paris McNamara as national F&I director.
In this newly established role, McNamara will oversee the finance and insurance activities for all of the company’s 13 stores, as Campers Inn RV continues to invest in its corporate infrastructure to support its growth throughout the eastern United States.
“We created this new role to promote consistency and standardization in our F&I practices, as well as remain dedicated to excellent customer service,” said Jeff Hirsch, president of Campers Inn RV. “We know Paris will be incredibly valuable in spearheading this new initiative, and we are thrilled to welcome her aboard the team.”
McNamara comes to Campers Inn RV with 25 years of experience in the RV industry, and she has extensive experience in all aspects of dealership management – from finance and insurance to manufacturer relations and customer delivery. Most recently, she oversaw the F&I department at Giant Recreation World in central Florida.
“My first goal is to bring the entire F&I team into alignment on procedures, compliance and customer service,” McNamara said. “I want to ensure that we can leverage our position as a leading dealer in the industry but retain the small, hometown atmosphere where we build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
“I am excited to join Campers Inn RV, because they are committed to improving the company through education and training, and I believe this will be essential for the development of the national F&I program,” she said.
