Camping World Holdings entered an agreement to acquire the RV dealership of Dean’s RV in Tulsa, Okla.
A purchase price has not been disclosed.
The purchase marks the second dealership acquisition from Camping World since the start of its initial public offering of shares, a move that listed the company on the New York Stock Exchange and generated about $250 million in cash for the company. The company, through its Good Sam subsidiary, acquired five consumer trade shows this week.

Camping World anticipates closing the acquisition in November. Current arrangements are to commence operations upon finalizing the transaction, with plans to construct a state-of-the-art RV sales and service facility, including a full-service Camping World retail store, in 2017.
“Under Randy Coy’s leadership, Dean’s RV has established itself as one of the most successful and well-known RV dealerships in the State of Oklahoma,” said Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam. “We are pleased to close the acquisition and continue our market share expansion throughout the state of Oklahoma.”
