Camping World Holdings announced an agreement to acquire Utah’s Carbon Emery RV, which includes two dealerships located along historic U.S. Route 6, between Provo and Interstate 70.
The transaction is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023 and will increase the company’s store count in Utah to six.
“Carbon Emery RV expands our presence into the important national park corridor of central Utah, and post-acquisition, we expect to solidify our position as the number one RV retailer by unit volume in Utah,” said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World.
The new SuperCenters will offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top brands along with a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories, and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
