Camping World Holdings announced that it has closed on the asset and real estate purchase of Lazydays in Surprise, Arizona.
The company said it expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.
Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World, said, “This is the first of multiple locations anticipated to close in the coming weeks. These locations bring top OEM brands, incremental market share opportunity, and a more traditional RV product mix that aligns with our strategic priorities. We expect to continue to capitalize on today’s robust dealership M&A environment.”
