Camping World and Good Sam joined the Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership, joining a network of 295 employers who have committed to recruit and hire military spouses in portable careers.

Camping World and Good Sam officially joined the Partnership on Oct. 28, at the annual Induction Ceremony held at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Va.

Jill Biden launched the Military Spouse Employment Partnership in June 2011, to serve spouses from all military services.

The partnership is part of the Department of Defense broader Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program, which seeks to reduce the 25 percent unemployment rate experienced by military spouses and close the 25 percent wage gap currently experienced by military wives.
