Acquisition mode continues for Camping World Holdings, with its latest target being Van Boxtel RV in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter and will increase the company’s Wisconsin location count to seven.
“Van Boxtel RV has been proudly serving Wisconsin for over 50 years,” said Marcus Lemonis, Camping World’s chairman and CEO. “This acquisition accelerates our short-term goal to be the No. 1 RV retailer in Wisconsin.”
Added Chief Operating Officer Matt Wagner: “We are excited to serve Green Bay with not only this location, but also one of our new manufacturer exclusive locations directly across the freeway.”
The store offers new and used RVs and more than 30 service bays, a collision center, seasonal RV rentals and a traditional Camping World parts and accessories store.
