Illinois-based Camping World Holdings has announced an agreement to acquire Big Daddy RV’s in London, Ky.
The acquisition is anticipated to close in late February and will be the company’s third location in the Bluegrass State.
“We continue to pursue dealership acquisitions to expand our market share,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Camping World Holdings. “The Big Daddy RV’s acquisition fills a void in our footprint and allows us to more effectively service our customer base and is an excellent way for us to kick off 2022 with continued exceptional growth.”
The facility, located at 325 County Farm Road, just off I-75, near the Daniel Boone National Forest, will transition to the Camping World brand at closing. The SuperCenter will include a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers, in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories.
