Canada’s Pleasure-Way Earns 16th DSI Award

Pleasure-Way announced its 16th RV Dealers Association Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Award — a milestone that reflects decades of craftsmanship, consistency and genuine care for its dealers and owners, Pleasure-Way said in a release.

“Earning this honor sixteen times is a true testament to our team’s dedication, our build quality and the strong relationships we’ve built across North America,” the company said.

The brands/manufacturers chosen in 2025 received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the association’s survey conducted June through September, RVDA said in a release.

“The DSI results recognize top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support, which is more important than ever as the industry works to reduce Repair Event Cycle Time,” said RVDA Chairman of the Board Larry Troutt III of Topper’s RVs in Waller, Texas. “Thanks to all the dealers who responded to the survey and congratulations to the manufacturers who earned Quality Circle Awards this year.”

“This award celebrates the trust our dealers place in us and reinforces our commitment to hand-crafting motorhomes with unmatched reliability and satisfaction,” Pleasure-Way stated. “We’re grateful and honored for this new milestone.”
