The Conference Board of Canada is offering three different webinars, covering topics such as helping businesses find talented workers, creating a positive workplace environment and helping business owners form strong leaders.

The webinars, entitled “Peer Coaching,” “Magnet” and “Creating a Workplace Community,” are archived on the Conference Board website and can be accessed at any time.

In “Creating a Workplace Community,” a 60-minute webinar led by Michael Trottier, president and founder of TTG International, viewers will learn to identify some of the desired characteristics of spiritually aware workplaces.

In “Peer Coaching,” students can learn about an innovative peer-coaching approach of the 70/20/10 framework to leadership development and organizational change.

“Magnet” provides leadership to help individuals connect to meaningful employment and help employers source talent that meets their needs.
