CanaDream has purchased land in British Columbia, where the company expects to build a new facility.

The 4-acre parcel is located in the Buckingham Estates development in Delta, British Columbia, according to a news release from CanaDream President Brian Gronberg.

CanaDream plans to build an 18,000-square-foot facility on the lot, where it expects to move in fall 2016.

The existing Delta location currently owned by CanaDream is conditionally sold with a planned closing date of Sept. 30. The company will enter into a lease with the new owners for continued occupancy until the new facility is completed.

CanaDream promotes Canada and the opportunity to “experience Canada at your own pace” in RVs and sells its guest-experienced RV fleet on a wholesale and retail basis.
