The RV Industry Association’s Nominating Committee has issued a call for candidates from the association’s membership to run in this year’s board of directors’ election.
There are eight positions up for election this year including seats for one supplier representative, five manufacturer representatives, and two at-large representatives.
The board is responsible for association affairs on a broad policy basis and meets three times a year: once in March, again during Committee Week in June, and lastly in mid-September.
Each manufacturer and supplier member company are afforded a single vote in the association elections, scheduled to take place electronically in August. Newly elected board members will begin serving their terms on Oct. 1.
