Cavco has announced that its net revenue increased 5.5 percent to $288.8 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2021, compared to $273.7 million for the same quarter last year.
The company’s net income decreased 5.7 percent to $19.7 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2021, compared to $20.9 million in the same quarter of the prior year.
In Cavco’s factory-built housing segment, net revenue increased 5.3 percent, or $13.7 million, to $270.8 million, compared to $257.1 million for the prior year period. The increase was primarily due to 13 percent higher home selling prices resulting from pricing increases implemented because of rising input costs.
Along with mobile homes, Cavco also makes park model RVs.
