Certified Personnel Recognized by Industry

The Society of Certified RV Professionals is recognizing 25 individuals from 22 participating dealerships who earned a certification during fall 2018 through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center or the RVDA-RVIA RV Service Technician Certification Program.

Dealership participation in the program allows the society to publicize individuals’ certification achievements on the national level. Thirty dealerships are currently participating in the recognition program for their certified personnel. Those participating in the recognition program are a subgroup of the 47 individuals who recertified or earned certification during that timeframe.

Fourteen technicians were recertified at either the certified or master certified technician level. Eleven of those recertified are from dealerships participating in the recognition program.

They are: Certified Master Technicians Richard Starr, Dustin Stacy, Sean Lakin, and Peter Juenker and Certified Technicians Michael Lineberry, Devon Miller, Edward Majors, John Jarvis, David Raff, David Howell, and Mark Stutzman.

Four newly certified technicians are from dealerships participating in the recognition program. They are Dusty Compton, Richard Trostel, Douglass McCasland, and George Harley.

Ten fixed operations professionals were certified through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and all are participating in the recognition program. Those in the recognition program are: Daniel T. Kussow (parts manager and parts specialist), Christopher Jones (service writer/advisor), Jessica Meyer (service writer/advisor), Jeff Zambruski (service writer/advisor), Jim Lutz (service writer/advisor), David Durling (service writer/advisor), Lora Pflaum (service manager), William Woodall (service manager), Brett Cameron (service manager), and Seth Johnson (warranty administrator).

“On behalf of the entire RV Industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships. These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”
