Cleer Vision, an Airxcel brand, has announced changes in its staffing. Don Hamm, vice president of sales and marketing, is retiring; Marc Disher has been promoted to sales manager; and Tim Suetkamp has been hired as the company’s new account manager; according to President Rick Collins.

A 30-year RV industry veteran, Hamm joined Cleer Vision in 2008. As part of the executive leadership team, he was responsible for numerous critical business aspects including strategic sales planning and fostering customer relationships. After Airxcel’s recent acquisition of Cleer Vision, Hamm is delaying full retirement to provide transitional support in a limited role.

“Over the past 13 years, Don’s dedication and significant contributions have played an integral role in the success of Cleer Vision,” said Collins. “We’re especially grateful for the unparalleled service he’s provided and wish him well as he sets out on this next chapter of his life.”

Marc Disher’s promotion from account manager to sales manager puts him in a key position, the company said. A Cleer Vision product expert, he monitors market trends to develop critical strategy and operations direction for the company. While earning a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, he worked at Heartland RV for more than eight years where he was promoted to the position of purchasing agent.

Tim Suetkamp comes to Cleer Vision from MITO Corporation where he held numerous key positions including OEM sales and RV aftermarket manager. In his new role, he is the lead point of contact for customer relationships. His duties include tracking, managing and resolving requests, and ensuring timely product delivery.

“We’ve built an incredibly talented group of experienced professionals,” continued Collins. “We congratulate Marc on his well-earned promotion and welcome Tim to the Cleer Vision team.”
