Cleer Vision Expands Leadership Team
Elkhart, Ind.-based Cleer Vision, an Airxcel brand that manufacturers glass and windows, is making leadership changes in its Windows and Tempered Glass divisions. Rick Collins, Cleer Vision division president, made the announcement.
Cleer Vision Tempered Glass (CVTG) has hired Kevin Schmidt as the new director of operations. Schmidt is a graduate of Purdue University with a deep understanding of business operations, sales growth and performance management from years spent in operations leadership.
“Kevin brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge to our team,” said Collins.
“His insight and experience in a range of functional areas offer a unique perspective that will benefit both our company and Schmidt himself as he begins his career with Cleer Vision. In the new role, Schmidt will drive growth strategy and proficiency to enhance the culture of streamlined innovation at CVTG.
Cleer Vision Windows (CVW) announced the promotion of Jimmy Harlow to general manager. Harlow has more than a decade of experience with Cleer Vision serving numerous roles, including general manager for CVTG and VP of manufacturing for CVW.
“Jimmy has been an integral part of the amazing growth we’ve had in both our windows and tempered glass divisions,” said Collins. “He helped Cleer Vision earn a reputation as a trusted and valued supplier, and we’re grateful to have his industry knowledge and leadership skills now in this new role at CVW.” As general manager, Harlow will play a key part in CVW reaching its goals for production and expansion in 2022, the company said.
