Cleer Vision Windows, an Elkhart-based window manufacturer, is celebrating its 15th year in business. The company began in 2003 with seven employees in an 18,000-square-foot facility. Today, more than 275 employees staff both Cleer Vision Windows and Cleer Vision Tempered Glass, a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company has seen positive growth in each of its 15 years in business, including the 2008 and 2009 downturn, Cleer Vision stated.
“The key to our growth and success is quite simple: our people,” said Rick Collins, president of Cleer Vision Windows. “We strive to provide a family-like environment in which all of our team members can develop and grow along with the company. When our team members succeed, our company succeeds and vice versa. It’s a simple model and one we stick to with a great deal of conviction.”
