Coach-Net Hosts Lippert Trainer as Part of Ongoing Education for Its Repair Techs

Coach-Net

Coach-Net, a technical and roadside assistance specialist for RVs, recently hosted a technical trainer from Lippert at its facilities as part of the extra training Coach-Net provides to its technicians and agents.

The company said it wants to ensure that its customers always have the most up-to-date expert RV tech support from its own RV Technical Institute master certified technicians.

Coach-Net has an in-house network of more than 40,000 roadside assistant providers, including medium and heavy towing assistance, and 15,000 repair and service stations throughout Canada and the United States. In addition, the company has been chosen by many premier RV manufacturers to provide their roadside assistance programs that are sponsored with the purchase of a new unit.

For the weeklong training, Coach-Net hosted Chet Dillenbeck, a technical trainer at Lippert Components. The training focused on the technical aspects of Lippert products and the new technologies they use, including boats and horse trailers. It emphasized the importance of third-party call centers, OEMs, and constantly updating technicians and agents about new technical developments to provide advanced customized assistance to RVers. Moreover, Coach-Net technicians and agents also learned the significance of a positive work atmosphere in delivering proficient service to not just RVers but also the dealerships they have collaborated with.
