Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone RV has announced that Colin Dechant will succeed Jason Gill as general manager for its Montana and Montana High Country luxury fifth wheel brands.
The two brands are experiencing double-digit market share growth, according a Statistical Surveys report comparing July 2020 to July 2019..
“I’m humbled to have the opportunity to lead this franchise brand. Montana’s record of success is extraordinary,” said Dechant. “I’m excited about the challenge to set the bar even higher and think we can do so with Montana’s great partnerships, product-driven innovation, and input from Montana’s incredibly loyal product base.”
Jeff Runels, Keystone president and CEO, noted that the departed Jason Gill will leave Dechant with big shoes to fill.
“Jason had great vision. He loved to dial in the details of a coach and didn’t stop until it was perfect,” Runels said. “I could trust Jason with any challenge I threw at him. The entire company has benefitted from his passion and his loyalty. And although he’ll be missed, his decision to take more time with family feels fully consistent with the kind of man Jason is.”
Dechant has more than 21 years of experience from both the supplier and OEM sides of the business.
