Coming Up: Hosted Buyer Program at ARVC Convention

Excitement is growing around the Expo at National ARVC’s 2021 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) in November, largely due to the return of National ARVC’s popular Hosted Buyer Program. Attendees participating in the Hosted Buyer Program will connect directly with exhibitors offering products and services that interest them most and, at the same time, receive a refund on their event registration.

“The Hosted Buyer Program is something National ARVC started at OHCE2020, and it was so popular among both attendees and exhibitors, it was a no-brainer to bring it back for an encore this year,” says David Basler, vice president of membership and marketing.

This year’s program will bring qualified decision makers and exhibitors together through pre-scheduled appointments before and during the Expo. New this year, Hosted Buyers will be in complete control of scheduling their appointments, so the meetings are guaranteed to be valuable and mutually beneficial for the attendee and the exhibitor.

“RV park/resort, campground and glamping business owners, operators and general managers who are interested in becoming Hosted Buyers can easily apply while registering for OHCE—the process takes just a few minutes,” National ARVC said.

One hosted buyer will be accepted per active member-park, and those who are accepted and attend a minimum of six pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors at the event will have their registration fees refunded. Click here to learn more about being a Hosted Buyer and to register for OHCE.
