Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County teamed up with THOR Industries to build the walls of a future home, according to a report in the Elkhart Truth.
THOR is this year’s panel-build sponsor, providing both financial and volunteer support.
About 50 employees worked in two groups, each for a two-hour shift, to complete the construction of the interior and exterior walls of the home.
The panel walls will be transported to the build site on Okema Street in Elkhart. The volunteers will work alongside future Habitat homeowner Kylee Vogel.
