Gregg Bashur has been named the new chief financial officer at Covercraft Industries. He joins Covercraft during a period of expansion that includes the marine and RV markets as well as an enhanced presence in the automotive market.
“Gregg’s experience as a CFO in private equity owned and multi-billion dollar companies brings us the opportunity to streamline our processes and increase productivity,” said Mark Korros, president and CEO of Covercraft.
Prior to joining Covercraft, Bashur served in various CFO and finance leadership roles with privately held and public companies in manufacturing and distribution, including Honeywell, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Collins Aerospace.
“I’m excited to join the company at this time as we continue to grow and develop our various protective products in the automotive, lifestyle, marine and recreational markets,” said Bashur.
The newly-appointed CFO will be based out of the corporate home office in Pauls Valley, Okla.
