Each year, camper and RV manufacturers descend on Düsseldorf, Germany, for nine days in August and September to relish in all things outdoors.
It’s the biggest camper trade show in the world, and the event showcases just about every type of camper imaginable, from tiny trailers to huge, expedition-ready caravans.
Americans will be disappointed to know that many of the campers shown in Düsseldorf aren’t available for purchase here in the U.S. But more than any other trade show, the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon shows us where the RV industry is headed.
