Dealers Receive Winnebago’s Flying W Award

Winnebago has announced the winners of the inaugural Flying W Dealer Excellence Award. The new award recognizes top Winnebago dealer locations for service excellence and superior owner satisfaction.

“The Flying W Dealer Excellence award better leverages and recognizes the legacy of the Winnebago brand, and speaks directly to our company’s mission to create lifetime advocates by delivering an unsurpassed customer experience,” said Dean Casad, director of customer experience at Winnebago. “We salute all winning dealers, and genuinely appreciate their focus on raising the customer-satisfaction bar for the entire RV industry.”

All Winnebago-branded motorhome and towable dealers are eligible for the award, which replaces the 32-year-old Circle of Excellence program. Scores are based on results from purchase and delivery, and overall service experience surveys submitted by Winnebago owners.

The 2019 Flying W Award recognizes the top one-third of Winnebago dealers, with special “platinum” recognition for the dealers that rated the highest in customer satisfaction during the program period of March 2018 through February 2019.

All Flying W Award winners will receive promotional and display materials for their dealership, as well as Flying W Dealer identification on the Winnebago Dealer Locator for the following 12 months.
