DexKo Acquires Canadian Trailer Axle, Component Supplier
DexKo Global Inc., a trailer running gear maker of chassis assemblies and related components, has completed its acquisition of Cerka Industries Ltd. in Milton, Ontario.
Cerka specializes in manufacturing trailer axles and distributing trailer components to dealers and OEMs across Canada.
