DexKo Names New CEO, Announces Leadership Transition

DexKo Global Inc. announced a planned leadership transition as part of its long-term succession strategy. After more than a decade of leadership, CEO Fred Bentley will transition to the role of chairman of the board and senior advisor to Brookfield Asset Management’s Private Equity Group, effective July 6. Eric McGinnis has been named as DexKo’s next CEO and will assume the role on that date.
Bentley has led DexKo since its founding, guiding the company through significant growth and establishing a strong global platform built on operational excellence, customer commitment and a high-performing team culture.
“DexKo is in a strong position today, and this transition reflects the strength of the business and the team,” said Bentley. “Eric is an experienced and disciplined leader with a deep understanding of global industrial businesses. I’m confident he is the right person to lead DexKo into its next chapter.”

McGinnis brings extensive experience leading large-scale industrial and manufacturing organizations with a focus on operational performance, strategic growth and team development. He most recently served as corporate officer and president of Climate Solutions at Modine Manufacturing Company, where he led significant growth and performance improvement across a global business.
“I’m honored to join DexKo and build on the strong foundation that Fred and the team have established,” said McGinnis. “DexKo has a reputation for quality, reliability and operational excellence, and I’m excited to work alongside the team to continue strengthening the business and delivering for our customers.”
Bentley will remain actively involved with DexKo as chairman of the board, supporting McGinnis and the leadership team while continuing to work closely with the board on governance and long-term strategy.
The transition reflects DexKo’s commitment to continuity, disciplined leadership and long-term value creation for its customers, employees and stakeholders.
