DexKo Global, makers of trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components, and the parent company of Dexter Axle, said it is continuing its long-term brand strategy of offering trailer parts and accessories through distribution under the Dexter name.
During the past several years, Dexter’s steady growth has added new teammates, new customers and new product offerings, the company said. To reduce the complexity of Dexter’s brand portfolio in the U.S. and Canada, the parent company said it is rebranding its TexTrail Trailer Parts, National Trailer Parts and Marius Garon Inc. distribution businesses to Dexter.
“Consolidating brands and product offering will make it easier for our customers and allow us to offer higher levels of quality and service,” said Adam Dexter, president and CEO of Dexter. “We thank the loyal customers of TexTrail, NTP, MGI and Dexter and look forward to continuing our long-lasting relationship.”
Dexter has continued expanding its product offerings and services throughout its 60-year history of serving its industries.
