Diesel Equipment Co., located in Greensboro, N.C., has sold its Wiper Technologies division to Global Products, an Elkhart, Ind.-based company.
Wiper Technologies has been supplying custom engineered windshield wiper systems to the RV, marine, bus, and specialty vehicle markets for more than 25 years.
All of the existing Wiper Technologies team will remain intact, and the manufacturing operations will remain in its existing Greensboro facility.
A privately held company that was established in 1967, Diesel Equipment is a warehouse distributor of diesel parts, fuel injection systems and heavy-duty electrical products, and will continue with their core business out of their Greensboro company headquarters.
Global Products is a distribution company focused on customer engineered solutions for all transportation markets. The company was started in 2019 by Braden McCormick, along with partners Gregg Eash and Brad Hipwood.
