Digital Air Strike, a consumer engagement technology company, has acquired the assets of LotVantage, a digital inventory marketing Software-as-a-Service company that enables auto, RV, marine and powersports dealerships to effectively merchandise their inventory through advanced targeting and data analytics.

A purchase price was not disclosed.

According to the announcement, LotVantage serves the transportation market, including RVs, by delivering “high ROI for businesses wishing to engage, monitor and increase sales opportunities through the full cycle of the customer journey, from online research to purchase. The company provides dealerships and OEMs with a consistent local, national, and social presence utilizing a team of technologists and client service specialists.

Coupled with Digital Air Strike’s awareness, engagement and loyalty software and services, the acquisition supports Digital Air Strike’s strategy of leveraging technology to improve the online consumer retail experience while helping retailers gain efficiencies and greater return on investment.
