Dometic has entered into an agreement to acquire NDS Energy – a provider of mobile power solutions for the outdoor market.
A purchase price was not disclosed.
Dometic said the acquisition strengthens Dometic’s offering and market presence within mobile power solutions in the European outdoor market.
NDS Energy’s net sales for the last 12 months were approximately EUR 11 million (approximately $12.6 million) with a good operating margin. Approximately 75 percent of net sales is in distribution and service and aftermarket.
The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2022.
