Dometic Hosts First-Ever Service & Aftermarket Product Showcase
Dometic announced it successfully concluded with its first-ever Service and Aftermarket (SAM) focused Product Showcase, held live from its Elkhart showroom. This digital event marked an innovative approach to how Dometic connects with their dealer and distributor partners, reinforcing their commitment to delivering tailored solutions and education in a more innovative, technology-driven format, Dometic said in a release.

More than 500 attendees joined the 30-minute live product walkthrough, delivering focused, high-value product education without the information overload common at traditional distributor events. The showcase was designed to give aftermarket partners the tools to learn more, sell more and step into distributor show season with confidence.
“We’ve never approached the aftermarket like this before,” said Tim Hall, regional president of Land Vehicle America. “By hosting this showcase ahead of distributor show season, we created a focused environment to share key product innovations and help our partners walk into those events prepared and confident.”
Building on the success of last month’s OEM Product Showcase, the SAM event spotlighted Dometic’s latest products in mobile living. Attendees gained a first look at innovations shaping the RV aftermarket that reflect Dometic’s continued investment in dealer and distributor success.
