Dometic North America has announced the hiring of its new Director of RVOE, Tom Montague.
Montague brings a wealth of experience from his 18-plus years in the RV industry, having previously served as general manager at a variety of RV companies such as Heartland RV, Crossroads RV, Redwood RV and Keystone RV, all on the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) side. During his tenure, he has focused on the selling and managing some of the most iconic fifth wheel brands in the industry, Dometic said.
“I’ve long viewed Dometic as a top supplier, and have always been impressed by the brand’s innovation, quality and dependability of their products,” said Montague. “During my tenure in the industry, retail customers have resoundedly put their trust in Dometic products, and I’m looking forward to building partnerships with our OEMs, understand their business better, and work together to continue to bring innovation and quality products to the millions of customers that know and trust the Dometic name.”
Outside of the office, Montague is an avid hunter, angler and is a two-time Ironman finisher. He also likes to go overlanding in his 62-foot International Harvester Scout.
