Drew Industries today announced that Joseph S. Giordano III, chief financial officer and treasurer, will be leaving the company to pursue other business opportunities.
Giordano will continue in his current role until Aug. 31, or until a new CFO is in place, and will assist his successor to ensure an orderly transition. Drew Industries has retained the services of executive search firm Korn Ferry to lead the search for Giordano’s successor.
Giordano joined Drew Industries in 2003 as corporate controller and served in that role until 2008. Since that time, he has served as the chief financial officer and treasurer for the company.
“Joe has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and success for more than a decade, including during the 2013 executive succession and the relocation of the company to Elkhart,” Drew Industries Chairman of the Board James F. Gero said. “We thank him for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavors.”
