RV rental, sales and service company, El Monte RV, recently announced its complimentary 24/7 on-the-road support as a standard benefit at no cost to the customer. The customer service will range from servicing emergencies to answering every-day questions.
“We believe in providing the absolute best service to our rental customers and the ability to provide support at any time of the day or night sets a new benchmark in RV rental market,” said Gordon Hewston, VP of El Monte RV. “Our on-the-road service team is available 24-hours a day, and ready to assist.”
Hewston explained that El Monte’s on-the-road support is available whether the customer has a flat tire, locked their keys in the vehicle, experiences an accident, or has questions on operating the vehicle.
“We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our vehicles, that’s not to say that sometimes challenges arise when you’re out on the road,” said Hewston. “We believe in providing the very best in customer care and offering 24/7, on-the-road support is a big step towards making our customers feel secure while they’re traveling with us.”
