RV rental, sales and service company, El Monte RV, recently announced its complimentary 24/7 on-the-road support as a standard benefit at no cost to the customer. The customer service will range from servicing emergencies to answering every-day questions.
“We believe in providing the absolute best service to our rental customers and the ability to provide support at any time of the day or night sets a new benchmark in RV rental market,” said Gordon Hewston, VP of El Monte RV. “Our on-the-road service team is available 24-hours a day, and ready to assist.”
Hewston explained that El Monte’s on-the-road support is available whether the customer has a flat tire, locked their keys in the vehicle, experiences an accident, or has questions on operating the vehicle.
