The following is from a front page story Monday in the Elkhart Truth, welcoming dealers and suppliers back into town after a two-year hiatus.
The red carpet will be rolled out for recreational vehicle dealers throughout North America and beyond as a massive RV show returns to the city following a two-year hiatus.
The RV Open House and Suppliers Show will begin on Monday and is expected to attract thousands of dealers to see the latest products offered by several manufacturers andsuppliers, many of which are based in Elkhart County. It will be held at the RV/MH Hall of Fame along C.R. 6 on the city’s northeast side.
The four-day, dealer-only show will be the largest supplier trade event in several years with nearly 200 suppliers registered to exhibit at the show, said Darryl Searer, president of the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart.
The supplier show is held in conjunction with the 14-yearold Elkhart RV Open House. This began in 2019 following
the closure of the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Kentucky.
