Entegra Coach Homecoming Hosts 500 Attendees
Last week, Entegra Coach hosted its annual owner’s Homecoming event.
This year, nearly 500 luxury diesel coach owners, Entegra Coach staff and suppliers attended to teach and learn about their coaches, celebrate each other and make memories. Approximately 200 coaches arrived at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds in Goshen, Indiana, and festivities ran from 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 14 through noon on Friday, May 17.
Senior Director of Product Development Pat Carroll held the annual “What’s New” session to discuss changes and additions to the 2025 models Tuesday. Owners then walked through a full display of new models and spent one-on-one time with the Entegra Coach sales and product development teams. The evening concluded with a happy hour and a BBQ with campfires, games and music from the band South of Somewhere.
Wednesday was filled with training classes and a vendor fair. The country themed evening began with Entegra Coach ambassadors Anne Klumpp and Jeri and Kenny Saulsbury followed by a management program featuring Trey Miller, vice president of marketing, Nic Martin, vice president of sales, and Ken Walters, president and CEO.
The night continued with music from Nashville’s Justin Bryan Band and concluded with the headliner Larry Fleet. Fleet is an Entegra Coach Cornerstone owner and was recently awarded his first certified gold record for his hit single “Where I Find God.” He has toured with country music legends including Willie Nelson and Morgan Wallen, and last year sold out Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium to kick off his own headlining tour. The evening finished with the tradition of all owners returning to their coaches and turning on their ‘C’ lights across the fairgrounds.
Training classes resumed and continued throughout the day Thursday. The evening began with Steve Claude, vice president of customer service, introducing the team responsible for servicing coaches and providing technical support throughout the week. Guests were then treated to a Jimmy Buffett tribute night which kicked off with steel drums during cocktail hour. Following dinner, Aloha and Fire Dancers gave a memorable performance and held a limbo contest followed by the traditional conga line lead by Director of Customer Service Jacob Shearer. The evening concluded with headliners A1A – The Original (and only certified) Jimmy Buffett Cover Band.
Carroll’s Suggestion Session was the highlight of Friday, where owners had a chance to provide the product development, engineering, sales and executive teams with feedback on ways to improve coaches for the following model year. At noon, units began to leave the fairgrounds to conclude the 2024 event.
“This week tops our Entegra Coach calendar every year and this year was no different,” said Martin. “The feedback from our owners on this year’s event has been extremely positive and it was great to be able to express our gratitude for their business this week, while seeking and receiving input on how we can continue to improve.”
The event was made possible by platinum sponsor Spartan RV Chassis, Gold sponsors Lippert, SkyMed and Patrick along with more silver and bronze level sponsors.
Dates for the annual 2025 Entegra Coach Homecoming event will be May 13-16 at its traditional location, the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds.
