Erwin Hymer Group North America recently hosted dealers and service personnel from across North America for three days of product training.

Erwin Hymer Group North America, Inc. welcomed more than 160 sales and service personnel to the Kitchener area this week to introduce new products, review existing product and technologies and learn directly from their suppliers about featured items offered in both the Roadtrek and Hymer brand of products.

The RV maker has recently expanded its dealer and service networks to be able to accommodate the huge growth it has gone through since it was acquired in February by the Erwin Hymer Group in Germany. Dealers and service representatives for both the Roadtrek and Hymer brands were on-hand to take part in three days of training sessions and enjoy some social time with the company staff.

 “We are thrilled to be able to host such a large group in both the sales & service side of the business. Our annual training events have always had great turn outs but this year is the biggest we have ever done and the response has been incredible,” said Mike Snell, VP of sales and service for Erwin Hymer Group North America. “We have a very strong network of dealers and service centers whose time is valuable. Everyone who participated in the event saw the opportunity in front of them and looked at it as an investment into our company, we couldn’t ask for more and having them all here means a great deal to us.”
