EverGreen has appointed Sherry Roberts to director of parts, warranty and service.
Roberts will develop and manage all service operations in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction, expedites service response time and enhances quality control.
In a news release, Roberts said her goal is to develop her team in a way that promotes exceptional customer service to both customers and dealers.
“I’m an old school customer service professional,” Roberts said. “I enjoy the old principles of customer service like standing behind your product, feeling good about the company you work for, valuing your customers and building longstanding customer relationships.”
Roberts has over two decades of experience in the industry. She brings with her a background in automotive quality control from years of working with StarCraft Automotive Group and logistics/transportation knowledge from nearly a decade with Horizon Transport. Earlier this year Roberts was recognized as one of RV PRO’s Movers & Shakers for her work at Horizon Transport.

Roberts is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in business administration. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
