FCCC Celebrates 30th Anniversary

Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC), a manufacturer of premium chassis for the RV, walk-in van, commercial truck, school bus and commercial bus markets, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in June – a significant milestone marking three decades of dedication to the innovation, quality and service that have helped establish FCCC’s position as a driving force in each industry it serves.
Since its start in 1995, FCCC said it has been recognized as an industry leader in chassis engineering, developing advanced solutions that prioritize performance, safety and durability. From its early days, the company has been committed to providing a superior foundation for a wide range of vehicles, earning the reputation as a trusted partner for OEMs, dealers and end users across North America.
Since 1995, FCCC has produced:
- More than 667,000 total chassis
- More than 230,000 school bus chassis
- More than 200,000 walk-in van (WIV) chassis
- Almost 200,000 RV chassis
- Nearly 70,000 commercial bus chassis
And today, FCCC has dominant market share across the luxury motorhome and walk-in van (WIV) segments:
- More than 70% diesel Class A luxury motorhome market share
- 100% diesel WIV market share
- More than 50% gas WIV market share
