The new My 24/7 Direct serves as a unique “digital glove box” and the go-to resource for FCCC owners, providing them password-protected, personalized access to key RV materials, including owner manuals, FCCC training guides, maintenance info and easy access to FCCC’s 24/7 customer support.
One of the most important new additions to My 24/7 Direct is the My Maintenance feature, which provides RV owners a convenient way to track and save their coach’s schedule for 12 different maintenance functions in a single, easy-to-follow location. The My Maintenance feature automates the entire maintenance process for RV owners, automatically notifying them about upcoming maintenance tasks based on factory schedules specific to their chassis.
