FCCC Takes Dealer Engagement Virtual

Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. is sharing its “Ultimate Ride & Drive” video, which features dealer marketing and training manager Joe Snyder providing dealer personnel with insights and hints about engaging with their customers.

Additionally, Snyder partnered with Transwest, a dealership with multiple locations in Colorado, to provide a virtual walkaround of a Newmar Kountry Star live on Facebook.

For RVers, FCCC has repurposed its “Fireside Chats,” a condensed version of its Camp Freightliner training courses, for these social distancing times.

FCCC began offering Fireside Chats as free, live and online (using Zoom) events in early April. These Fireside Chats deliver content about the company, product updates, service, chassis pre-trip, basic maintenance, and other tips.

FCCC experts are also answering questions through an interactive Q&A. FCCC has held three virtual Fireside Chats so far in April, with registration numbers increasing for each one, according to the company.

An example of how the events are marketed can be seen on Facebook here.
