Firefly Integrations Expands Regional Training Academy Schedule

As dealership service departments navigate the peak months of the summer travel season, Firefly Integrations has expanded its regional Firefly Training Academy schedule to deliver intensive, hands-on diagnostic training directly to key markets. Registration is officially open for the next wave of regional sessions operating through July and August.

The Academy targets a critical operational challenge for service networks: reducing the time it takes a technician to correctly isolate and resolve an on-board smart RV system issues. Rather than classroom lectures, the core of each six-hour session consists of focused, instructor-led troubleshooting. Technicians work directly with active systems to build the practical skills necessary to maximize first-time fix rates, minimize diagnostic bottlenecks, and increase billable hour efficiency in the service bay.

Completing the training course earns attendees RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits.

Registration is currently open for the following sessions:

  • Atlanta, Georgia
  • Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Fremont, California
  • Riverside, California
  • Long Beach, California
  • Phoenix, Arizona

Because sessions prioritize direct tool time on live systems, seating is strictly limited to maintain instructional quality. To view specific location details, dates, and open registrations, visit www.fireflyint.com/services/training
