Firefly Integrations Unveils Firefly Spark

Firefly Integrations announced its Firefly Spark, a modern multiplex control system engineered for RV manufacturers that replaces legacy analog switch banks with a unified touchscreen and mobile experience. Designed specifically for production environments, Spark streamlines wiring, reduces installation errors and delivers the intuitive, premium controls today’s RV buyers expect — on the line and in the field, Firefly Integrations said in a release.

Spark consolidates dozens of individual functions into a clean, software-driven interface that controls lighting, climate, power management and other key coach systems. This streamlined approach enables faster installations, reduces variability from unit to unit and delivers a consistent, high-end feel across model lines. OEMs adopting Spark can achieve up to four times ROI compared to traditional control components through greater efficiency, fewer support issues and stronger retail positioning. Best of all, Spark is ready to use with no development time required, offering a wide range of easy-to-use configurations that make it a truly unique multiplex solution for RVs across every class.

“Spark brings our years of luxury RV automation engineering to the broader market with a platform that’s both OEM-friendly and genuinely delightful for end users,” said Mike Butler, vice president of sales at Firefly Integrations. “Manufacturers get a product quickly with simpler harnessing, quicker training and built-in diagnostics; dealers see fewer avoidable issues; and customers enjoy modern, app-enabled control out of the box. We believe Spark sets a new baseline for how RV systems should be designed and supported.”

Backed by U.S.-based engineering support, Spark is positioned as a proven upgrade path for OEMs seeking a smarter way to differentiate mid-tier and value models without adding complexity on the production line, Firefly Integrations said. The system’s touchscreen plus mobile app architecture provides a familiar, modern UX while the underlying multiplex network reduces labor and common electrical failure points associated with analog panels.

“Outdated RV control systems are holding manufacturers back,” Butler added. “Spark fixes that with a clean install, a cohesive digital interface and a supportable platform that scales across floor plans. It’s the easiest way to future-proof a line — and the bottom line.”

Availability

Spark is available now for OEM demonstrations and technical evaluations. Manufacturers can request a personalized walkthrough or download a comparative guide that details wiring complexity, install time, diagnostics and total cost differences between Spark, analog systems and other solutions. Firefly will also be showcasing Spark at the Elkhart RV Dealer Open House in the supplier show, giving attendees the opportunity to see the system firsthand, ask questions and learn how it can be implemented immediately as a production-ready solution.
