Each website has been reconstructed with a clean and streamlined layout, according to the company. Additionally, a new capability has been added that allows consumers to locate their nearest dealer and view which Fleetwood and/or American Coach models the dealer currently has in stock.
“Our goal with the Fleetwood RV and American Coach websites refresh, is to make the websites as easy to navigate as possible to find the content that is helpful to you, whether you are considering purchasing an RV or an owner looking for support,” said Sharon Wright, director of digital marketing at REV Group.
Current owners can easily download owner’s manuals which go back to 1974 models, as well as get support for changing ownership and technical assistance. The websites include brochures and a tool to custom build an RV by selecting a preferred floorplan, exterior and interior décor, and choosing other options. Users will then receive an instant quote. Users can then search the inventory at nearby dealers and review relevant incentives and offers.
Both websites connect owners to the owner communities and share the upcoming events. Fleetwood has a travel blog with content and top tips to which consumers can subscribe.
