Grand Design RV is collaborating with Startup Moxie Elkhart County Group to create a program designed to inspire entrepreneurship among high school students.
“Empowering the next generation of innovators is fundamental to Grand Design’s mission,” said Mary Minix, vice president of human resources.
“Collaborating with Startup Moxie allows us to share our passion for innovation, community, and growth with young minds, inspiring them to dream big and embrace their potential.”
Startup Moxie students were allowed access to Grand Design facilities, where they were able to explore and discuss future startup ventures.
“Grand Design has provided excellent tours for the Moxie class, both last year and again this year. The entrepreneurial mindset that we strive to nurture in Startup Moxie is evident within the Grand Design company. One of the goals of Startup Moxie is to expose students to the entrepreneurial ecosystem found in Elkhart County, and Grand Design is a fitting example of that,” said Kris Weimer, Executive Director of Startup Moxie.
