Forest River has appointed Jon Pagano as general manager of its Class B – OGV Luxury Coach Division, effective immediately. As part of the reorganization, OGV becomes part of the Forest River Motorized Division run by Motorized Group General Manager Brian Clemens.

Pagano will oversee operations, product strategy and team leadership, with a focus on quality, innovation, customer satisfaction and growth in the Class B market.
Pagano brings 15 years of experience in the recreational vehicle industry, including the past 12 years with Forest River’s Class C Division, where he most recently served as Southeast regional sales manager. During his tenure, he was recognized for building strong dealer and industry partnerships, supporting operational efficiency and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
“I’m truly honored and energized about the opportunity to lead this division,” Pagano said. “Our team is incredibly passionate and talented, and I feel privileged to inherit such a dedicated group of professionals. Together, we will build on our existing strengths and continue delivering products that exceed our dealer partners’ expectations.”
OGV Luxury Coach was founded by industry veteran Tim Gray, who served as its General Manager before departing from the company at the end of 2025. “Tim was pivotal in the growth and development of the OGV Luxury Coach brand,” a company spokesman said. “His leadership establish a strong foundation that positions the division well for continued success.”
“Bringing the OGV group into the Forest River Motorized organization allows us to implement best practices more rapidly and efficiently by leveraging shared resources across all motorized divisions,” said Clemens. “We’ve got great momentum in Class A and C businesses, and this change will accelerate our focus and offerings in the important B segment.”
In addition to the Pagano appointment, Forest River also announced that Jim Brown, a veteran of the specialty vehicle and RV industry, has joined the OGV Division as sales representative.
Brown brings more than 44 years of experience, having held executive and ownership roles at several specialty vehicle companies, including StarCraft Automotive, Imperial Industries, Elk Automotive, Midway Specialty Vehicles, Hy-Line Park Trailers and Midwest Automotive Designs. His background includes extensive experience developing Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and other OEM platforms for the RV and specialty vehicle markets, dating back to their initial introduction in the U.S.
