Forest River Inc. announced it has earned more Quality Circle Awards from the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) in 2025 as a company than at any time in its history.
Each year, the RVDA recognizes and honors RV manufacturers that demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence in product quality, reliability, parts and warranty support, and overall dealer and customer satisfaction.
The awards are based on results from the annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey. Now in its 31st year, the DSI survey collects confidential feedback from RV dealers across the United States and Canada. To qualify, a manufacturer must receive at least 15 dealer responses and an average score of 4.25 or better on a 5-point scale.
The Quality Circle Award is the RVDA’s only service-excellence award, recognizing manufacturers’ efforts to ensure dealers have the resources and tools they need to deliver exceptional products and services to their customers. This year’s survey included 495 dealership locations and more than 2,300 brand ratings, providing industry benchmarks that highlight which manufacturers deliver the highest levels of quality, service, and support to dealers and customers across the RV sector.

Forest River will be formally recognized during the Spotlight on Excellence Luncheon at the 2025 RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Convention/Expo in Las Vegas on Nov. 11.
