Fun Activities Slated for the Kids of OHCE Attendees This Fall

National ARVC’s Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo is partnering with Kiddie Corps to offer an on-site KidsCamp (ages 2-10) and with WonderWorks to offer a TeenStemCamp (ages 11-15) this year for a safe and convenient attendance option for children and teens.

Parents and guardians attending OHCE2022 in November can network and conduct business knowing their children and teens are on-site and professionally supervised.

“Orlando is a family-friendly destination, and we are anticipating a lot of attendees bringing the entire family for the conference and a vacation before or after,” said David Basler, National ARVC’s vice president of membership and marketing. “We’re introducing our KidsCamp and TeenStemCamp to make it easier for mom and dad to get business done at OHCE while the kids have fun in a safe environment.”

OHCE CampThe KidsCamp is offered for children ages 2-10 and the TeenStemCamp is offered for ages 11-15. The camp spots can be added onto any OHCE registration, but space is limited. For young adults (ages 15-17) who want to attend OHCE with their parents, there is also a reduced rate registration option.

The camps take place on-site from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8 and Wednesday, Nov. 9. Spots are limited, and once capacity has been reached the camps will no longer be offered as a registration add-on option. All Kiddie Corps and WonderWorks camp employees will be uniformed, qualified, screened and trained.

Conveniently located at the Orange County Convention Center, children attending KidsCamp do not have to be at an alternate location from the conference and can be easily dropped off as well as visited by a guardian throughout the day, if needed. Children can expect to have a full day of age-appropriate entertainment and activities.

Teens can look forward to a day full of STEM activities catered to their specific age group conveniently located at WonderWorks, adjacent to the Rosen Centre. Both options include lunch.
