Fun Town RV recently acquired Longhorn RV in Tyler, Texas. For the first time in its history, Fun Town will step into the motorized RV arena with this acquisition.
Jonathan Arnold has been named regional manager and will take the helm of the newest addition to the Fun Town RV family of dealerships.
“Our owner, Jarrod McGhee, started out with a small location in Cleburne, Texas,” said Arnold. “He practices square dealing, promotes focused team effort, and provides customers affordable RV options and a huge selection; it has proven to be the trifecta of success.”
Arnold joined Fun Town three years ago, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.
“It’s refreshing to be involved with a company that naturally feels like a career. It’s more than just a job,” Arnold said.
Fun Town RV Tyler (formerly known as Longhorn RV) is the tenth dealership and the second added in 2018.
As the company continues to grow, recruitment efforts also increase. Fun Town is a major player in terms of employment in Johnson County, Texas, where its home office, flagship supercenter, and corporate headquarters are located.
